Special place, and Ben the sitter manager is the best. It’s clean, beautiful and so well maintained. Our family had the best time.

This MTB park is amazing !!! I love everything about it. The campsites were clean and well maintained. The restrooms were clean and very nice. But the best thing was the trails. The trails were awesom

Trails were awesome. My 14 and 16 year loved the trails at Coles and all the other trails in the area. Bentonville is a must visit if you are into mtn biking.
