Our waiter Hunter was AMAZING!!!!!! He was so attentive and paid attention to detail making our visit to this location in Lawrence delightful!

Went out for breakfast with my friends and it was cooked perfect and my server was very sweet and made my day!! Her name was Brandy very kind soul!! 10/10!!!

Sure, it's just an IHOP. But it's an option pretty much 24/7, you know the brand, and your expectations likely aren't that high. What's not to like? Of course, the food is nothing to write home about,
