Clean, simple, great option for budget hotel. It is budget level. Staff was helpful and friendly and accommodating. Rooms were clean, AC was powerful, outdoor courtyard was cute, great Chinese restau.

If you like Motel 6 at 3-star hotel prices, you'll be fine. Air conditioner works great. And that's the only good thing I can say. No elevator. Be prepared to carry your luggage up at least one flight

My stay at Dreams Hotel was a complete disappointment. I traveled to San Juan for an international conference and chose this hotel primarily due to its proximity to the university – which, I admit, is
