Three words: Spoonful of Happiness. The spoonful of uni, quail egg, and delicious sauce at Koo comes with a shot of sake, and you would be highly remiss not to order one for everyone at the table. Besides that, the fish here is all pretty great. We usually get the “Best Roll” and Godzilla tofu.

I ate here long time ago pre pandemic and haven't been back but meaning to try back the happy hour but I know the price went up but I do think about the shitto peppers and hand rolls that I didn't get
This is probably the best sushi I've ever had! A local gem! I'll for sure come again.
We love koo! So glad to have them in our neighborhood. Great fish, rolls, and hot food.
