The Lobethal Bierhaus opened for business on 26 May 2007. The operation includes a small all-grain brewery (12 hecto-litre brew length) with accompanying cellar door tasting facilities, off-license bottle sales and a restaurant with matching beer themed foods built around local produce.

We went to the Bierhaus for lunch on the day the Tour Down Under went through Lobethal several times and we really enjoyed ourselves. Loverly staff, an excellent outside table, a great menu and super.
Our family and our daughter- in-law's family have been spending our Father's Day's lunch for the past 12 years dining at the Lobethal Bierhaus. Our party usually consists of around 15 to 20 diners ra.
