Bray Gourmet opened in downtown Little Rock in July of 2012. Owner and chef Chris Bray, a 2006 graduate of the University of Arkansas, is a Little Rock native whose culinary career was inspired by his father, who spent 18 years mastering the restaurant business.The restaurant serves up toasted sandwiches,wraps,salads,homemade soups, and caters.
