Stopped in with hubby to get a late supper. Ambiance was typical Taco Bell & I was pleased to see an employee cleaning various areas. Hubby got the Classic Luxe Box & I ordered the Loaded Beef Nachos.

tried to call once very hungry by the way got screamed at by a very angry for no reason lady for just calling once have this problem fixed or have store/fast food replaced with wing stop, not good. th

Refused to give us full order or refund as they were out of an item and did not have a suitable substitute item. Food was cold. Manager and employees were unbelievably rude.
