I feel so bad for whoever owns this Baskin-Robins! This is the second time this week that I stopped by to get some ice cream... they always come with the same story.!!! They are cleaning the machines,

I went through the drive thru and asked for a scoop of ice cream... the lady in the speaker explained that their ice cream machine was broken... but doesn't baskin robins scoop their ice cream? Regard

If I could give zero stars I would... walked over from the hotel next door to get an ice cream and the door was locked. We were told to go through the drive thru. Very unprofessional and rude.
