Yoga State in Okemos is a hidden gem - they offer a great mix of yoga classes, but also spin classes so you can get your cardio in! I highly recommend Petra's classes on Tuesday and Friday evenings. I

Did not feel welcome here and felt tense even in practice. I went over to SALT yoga instead and the instructor was kind and I felt comfortable in this space.
