Having main menu items unavailable during the dinner hour is bad enough, but on 12-18-23, they had no heat in the diningroom. Outside was 20°, and at just below 60° on the thermostat near the warm kit

Food was great, both employees were super nice and helpful. Warned us of a wait before we ordered as a nice heads up, food came out before then. Right order too.
