There are two main decisions you need to make at Slurp Slurp in Chinatown: whether to order hand-pulled noodles or shaved, and whether you want them stir-fried or in a soup. Our favorite order here is a plate of the thick and chewy shaved noodles, fried with thinly sliced beef and vegetables. While you’re at it, get an order of steamed pork buns.
