Nice staff and clean facility...but I was charged $130 for two earrings that fell out within a few weeks (after explicitly asking that they be put on extra tight). What a rip off!

Mia was very rude and very unwelcoming. She seemed to be really annoyed by my presence since she was really busy on her phone. Customer service and sales are definietly not her priority.
