They literally took my dads car for a month for a check engine light and some weird noise on the passenger side in the front and wheel alignment then once we got the car back there was still problems

Do service anywhere else. Disrespectful staff, don't care about the customer at all. Refused to pay for a $10-20 uber home, for a $1000 dollar service and expected me to wait 6 hours. Laughable busine

Sharmaine was wonderful, made me happy to be a customer of Mercedes Benz of Brooklyn. Everyone there is super nice and attentive.
