First time trying Roots Nutrition today. One of the owners, Desiree, (sorry if I butchered that!) was super welcoming & helped me choose a tea & shake from the huge variety of yummy flavors they have.

Yummy shakes and teas and great staff! Don't forget to try the protein balls. Delicious!
