They are so short staffed that it's impossible to go there and not wait for an extensive amount of time and many times the drive up window is closed.

Awful, left for Wegmans. CVS found a way to be more successful filling prescriptions after I left them then when I was with them. Been an issue for over 4 months. Nightmare.
