Trying to order a pizza and employees kept putting me on hold? Called 5 times trying to order and they must have taken the phone off the hook! Unbelievable

This pizza might as well be a soup. Asked for well done and I had to cook it again when I got home. Absolute garbage. Frozen pizza is 150% better than this.
