Called to get some information on their soil products for sale and was told to call a landscaper.

Went to order shredded cedar/redwood with delivery. The service was terrible and the delivery charge ridiculous. Went somewhere else where they appreciated my business.

Really disappointed. I have ordered from Acer a number of times in the past, but something has changed. When they have delivered in the past, they always notified us and helpfully asked where best to
