How many people has this "health care provider" killed? They're a mucho $$$billion company, yet they can't spring for larger waiting rooms, masks for their staff, high ceilings or the simplest measure

I made appointment and was given one when I get there they tell me I am not in system now I am waiting over an hour this is at broad St in meriden CT

Super rude staff. No one in the waiting room and the technician keeps coming out to say there is a 2 hour wait for service. There is no one waiting. She has come out 3 times saying there are no appoin
