Just tried Turan Uyghur Kitchen and WOW -- this place is a hidden gem if you love bold, comforting flavors. We started with the handmade dumplings, and they were incredible.

Tucked away in a strip mall, Uyghur food is hard to come by in general. The big plate chicken with noodles was delicious and I can tell that the noodles are hand-made and made with care.

They goat soup was a highlight，super good，it is my favorite，also goat rice was good too，highly recommended guys
