Ben Hill Griffin Stadium, popularly known as "The Swamp", is the football stadium for the University of Florida and the home field of the Florida Gators football team and is on the university's Gainesville, Florida campus. The stadium was built in 1930 with a capacity of about 22,000, and has been expanded, renovated, and improved many times over the ensuing decades.
