The staff has very poor customer service. We were awoken between 1am and 3am every night of our stay by people being INCREDIBLY loud above us and the staff did literally NOTHING to help with this. The

Overall my stay was pleasant. Check in and out staff were kind, safe area, clean room and bathroom. BUT I couldn't get past the moldy and mildewy smell in my room. Main smell was coming from the bath.

Not sure what to say to be positive. Trash from previous guest still in cans. Room is dark - 2 bedside lights, light at the door. Had to really request firmly to get filter cleaned in HVAC it was horr
