I bought a preowned 2020 Tiguan there last year. It hasn't even been a year and this car is leaking oil. Estimated repair is $6,000! Would not recommend buying a preowned vehicle there.
They did well in selling me a nice Kia Forte. but it took 5 hours. They need to give better estimates of the time.
I was gonna buy a Kia but Joe Soto just ruined it for me. He was so rude and unprofessional and he did not take me serious at all. I felt humiliated and mocked by him.. it's like a knife in the heart
