I came across Pilaties because I could no longer do OT. I have had several injuries and Pilaties has saved my back, I still can get a good sweat going too! Love it!

Great instructors! Just starting my Pilates journey and Club Pilates encourages proper form and progressing at a rate comfortable for you. All in a group setting!

I started Pilates 2 years ago and I enjoyed it so much that I recently decided to upgrade with the unlimited membership. Its a great way to exercise!
