I've been a member of 8th Day for 7 years and I can't say enough great things about this gym! I initially came here on the one month bootcamp trial they offer on the website and I've been coming back

My favorite gym in GR! The equipment is all brand new and the programming is top notch. The staff is awesome and the members are the best!

I have been to a ton of gyms all over the country and this is by far the best gym around. Great family atmosphere and awesome coaches.
