THIS ARCO OVERCHARGED MY MOM ON HER LOTTERY TICKETS !!! This is infuriating and they're getting over on certain people because they know damn well not to overcharge me when I go.

This place is absolute garbage. None of the self serve kiosks work. You HAVE to go in to pay every time which is extremely annoying. Everything is broken. Fix it already My god.
