Management is very nice on top of maintenance , all maintenance request get done quickly , quiet community dog friendly I've had no issues living here

Lived here for almost three years. Expect the rent to go up at least $70 every year. They are good about repairs. However the pool that is so advertised is always "under repair" or closed for o e thin
