Have been to PepperJax weekly for a decade now and the New ordering process makes my order get messed up every time. Very disappointed

This used to be my favorite place for years and years. Shame it's gone so far downhill. I started to notice a decline a few years ago but it's steadily gotten worse. Dry chewy meat. Stale crumbly buns
