Do not move here. The complex itself is beautiful, when everything is functioning. Prior to Avenue5 taking over, Town Deer Valley was the most amazing complex. Everything ran smoothly, they hosted 3-6

Update 10/7 and likely my final one. To date, Spa still doesn't work and has been broken for several months. The ownership of this property needs a reality check and start maintaining their property.
