By The Sea is not the most luxurious place you will find in Port Douglas, but it has the combo of what anyone would be looking for in a beachside town. The location is excellent--at the end of Macros.

A very good choice.Location is excellent,2 minutes at most to 4 mile beach and at the start of the main street in town so an easy stroll to all the eateries and shops and marina for those snorkelling
