Because they suck. I would rather tan at planet fitness for $20 a month then spend $85 for the top membership that's ridiculous. I was a member and only paid $59 for diamond until zone tan bought them

everytime I go here the girls are super helpful and kind. it's an easy in and out process for me and if I have any questions they're always answered. I love this place! :)
