Called to make a reservation - took forever to get the details right on the phone, and then 5 minutes later I got an email saying there were actually no rentals available at that location until hours

Rented a car for pick up at 12pm. I came exactly at 12pm to pick up the vehicle and the representative was present. Even though my pickup was scheduled at 12pm, they would not let me pick up a vehicle

No cars were available ,All cars were rented out , no other cars were available in the surrounding areas
