After starting to wash our windows, we found the bin was polluted with oil or gas. All the bins were a mess. My husband went in to report it. The guy just said, "I don't know why someone would do that

i asked if the bathroom was in service and the lady was really rude, i proceeded to the walk to the restroom and it literally smelt so bad i almost threw up, there's no reason a bathroom should smell
