I always enjoy the coffee at this establishment but I always have to wait a long time. I appreciate the care taken to make the coffee but the wait time makes me think twice before choosing to go there

Very limited options. The coffee isn't even hot. And this place always has this weird "you aren't good enough to be here" vibe. Maybe if they could back that up with decent coffee that would work.
