This is our third time staying in this area. Love it. Lots of spaces, Snake River and a pond to fish from. Deer. Love the showers. We appreciate all the features at each camp site and the easy on lin.
We stayed in Wagon Wheel 9 in a tent and had a lovely view of the river and interpretive center along with giving us good shade in the afternoon with 90 degree heat. While we could hear a train once..
What a FANTASTIC state park! It's not over-priced like most state parks (we're tent campers), the views are spectacular, there's great hiking all around, and added bonus: the best museum for the Orego
