worst and terrible experience we ever have!!! we are in room 17 and both twin beds have a lot of bedbugs! we really can't do any since no more reception after 10pm so we never have a chance to sleep..

Receptionist was most helpful but that was where it ended. Talk is cheap. This was obviously once a prestige location but has now fallen into disrepair possibly due to poor maintenance and planning.,
