Customer service has gone way downhill. You can find things cheaper on Amazon. 30 years supporting them and I was told I was stealing for taking a cookie for my dog as I always have in the past. SMH

State Line is my first choice when I need things for my cat. They have a good selection of products, and the staff is helpful.
