ETHNIC CUISINE Hatam cuisine is the ethnic cuisine of Iran. We provide a wide variety of foods ranging from Kabobs (Filet Mignon, shish kabobs, Ground Beef skewers, chicken kabobs, Lamb kabobs), Khoresht (stew that is served with rice: Ghorme Sabzi, Gheimeh, fesenjon, Eggplant stew [Bademjan]), Polo (white rice alone or with addition of meat and/or vegetables and herbs: Loobia Polo, Albabloo Polo, Adas Polo etc.), and different soups,salads, pastries, and specialty drinks.
