Vacations is the Bushwick rooftop we head to when we want to upgrade our box wine and Bluetooth speaker hang. It’s got everything you need to pass a few hours, without being crowded and over-the-top. Come during the day on weekends for cornhole and frozen whiskey almond palmers, or during weekday Happy Hour for their $15 burger, beer, and shot deal. If you’re looking for an after-hours spot, they’re open until 2am on weekdays and 4am on weekends. There are two bars on the roof, both with ample seating and a great view of Manhattan. Downstairs, there’s an indoor bar that looks like something out of a small fisherman’s town, and it’s open year-round.
