Maryvale High School is part of the Phoenix Union High School District. The school opened in 1963 and is located at 3415 North 59th Avenue northwest of downtown Phoenix. The first graduating class was in 1964. Maryvale’s enrollment is 3,083 students, over 90 percent of whom are Hispanic. The school predominantly serves students from partner elementary districts Cartwright and Isaac.
