Incredibly difficult to get ahold of. They also nickel and dime you for every little thing. Every time you call you get to hear a list of all of the new charges they're adding to just do their jobs.

i love my psychiatrist... HOWEVER it is impossible to get in touch with ANYONE or even my psychiatrist directly. i've called numerous times in the past two weeks, leaving voicemails, different times o
