Not an authentic HK style cafe. Most workers don't even speak Chinese, let alone Cantonese. Most of the food here felt like reheated premade food. Pretty sure I can cook it myself better. The HK food

Really disappointing experience. This is not an authentic Hong Kong-style cafe--the food tasted off and almost synthetic. The lemongrass pork chop was extremely salty with zero lemongrass flavor. The
