Left our airstream there for repairs a week ago. Staff knew we were leaving for a trip and needed our camper back by the 9th. I called on the 8th twice to see if it would be ready as promised. No call

They were very helpful with no pressure sales. Listened to our needs and treated us fairly and with complete respect. We will be back to Bill Thomas Campers.
