Bought 5 bikes they are great! Getting service scheduled is a little challenging. Sadly I felt a little attitude on phone when tried for second attempt to service.

Super friendly staff. Very knowledgeable. felt great to go into a store where people were helpful. They helped me pick out accessories for my new bike and it didn't feel like they were trying to sell

They have said it before and I will say it again, Unfortunately my neighborhood bike shop has a non-empathetic, sneaky, zero customer service skills, it's probably about time to retire, type of owner
