Only one person working there. Cancelled my reservation and ubered to the Airport location after waiting 40 minutes without being acknowledged. Worst car rental experience I've ever had.

I have been an isle member for over 25 years and was very unsatisfied with my recent rental in Tampa. The isle is supposed to be for mid size and larger vehicles. This is spelled out in Nationals web
