Update: Krystn with management reached out and apologized. I was very impressed with her helpfulness in fixing the situation. She quickly stepped in and fixed as many of the complications as possible.

I have been pleased with this Residence. I enjoy my stay here. I been here since April 2025. The location is perfect and the staff is friendly.
