Was at the pharmacy window no one came Rang call button still no one came to window. There was someone in the pharmacy who kept looking up but still no one acknowledge our car. Terrible customer servi

I think people don't realize that the pharmacy can't help if 20 people show up at once to pick up their meds! I normally deal with an older lady and she's great cvs pharmacy workers are human it's oka

Called at 9am to have a script filled. Stopped to pick it up at 2pm and hadn't been filled yet. I was told it would be 20 min while they "expedited it". I wasn't going to wait as I had things to do. 3
