Clean building, helpful staff, convenient location, located close enough to downtown that most everything is within walking distance.

AW-FUL. Any aspect of luxury is merely a facade. The office is closed on Sundays and Mondays, so if you have any issues on those days, you're completely screwed. The package rooms look like a tornado

HVAC system (heating and AC) was broken for literally 3 months in the winter. Thought they fixed it but now it's summer and it's broken again... super disappointed with how much I'm paying for this ap
