Great, Services, and so much quieter than any other Telluride restaurants

As usual New Sheridan was perfect. The bison ribeye was amazing and the sides as well. The Wedge salad is one of the best I’ve ever had. And the wait staff as always were very friendly and attentive.

The New York strip, and the bison ribeye were outstanding service with Adam was great wine was wonderful. Overall, just a really great experience. Highly recommend
