In 2008 Tim, the manager/owner of Pinocchio’s Restaurant, began receiving much customer feedback about his small craft beer selection. Tim, a beer-lover, began to ponder the idea of expanding his beer take-out section to a full bottle shop. Following the release of the fall and winter sampler 6-packs, the positive response only reaffirmed Tim’s aspiration to create the Beer Garden in 2009. The Bottle Shop now features over 1,000 beers from over 200 American Craft and International Breweries.
