The buffet at the Palms starts at $46.99 and pulls off the impossible by drawing even a local crowd dangerously close to The Strip (about eight minutes away). We like to come on Wednesday or Thursday lobster nights, when whole stations are dedicated to bright red tails and almost 900 whole lobsters. This is the kind of feast you should plan your day around, saving stomach space for as much crustacean as you can handle. By the end of the night you’ll be a de-shelling expert, dunking the sweet meat into melted butter before dropping the evidence into the waiting metal buckets.
